Overview
The primary responsibility of The Kelly Company is to establish a Distribution network to market and sell our Manufacturer's products. In establishing that network, we work with the Distributors' inside and outside sales teams to increase sales within our territory.
Sales / Marketing:
Introduce new products to our Distribution network.
Conduct regular training meetings to improve our salesmen's product knowledge.
Conduct joint sales calls with Distributor partners to end-users.
Continue follow-up with Distributor partners to end-users to test sample products and trials.
Design creative marketing strategies for Distributor salesmen using traditional and new media platforms.
Participate in local and national shows and Distributor open houses and follow-up on all sales leads.
Training Meetings:
Conduct class room type sales training for Distributor Salesmen that focus on product applications and benefits.
Focus on marketing platforms that is unique to the Product and Distributor partner customer base.
Channels of Distribution:
National Distributors with network of locations throughout the USA.
National catalog houses.
Integrated supply Distributors.
Local & Regional Distributors.
National & Regional Buying Groups.
